Remedial Massage
is a hands-on manual technique for the treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body. Assisting in rehabilitation, pain and injury management of the muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile.
Relaxation Massage
Get swept away in a swirl of relaxation, whilst also relieving muscle tension, and melting away your anxiety and stress.
A relaxation (swedish) massage is typically a full body treatment, with a light - medium pressure.
The difference between deep tissue and Swedish massage has to do with pressure, treatment goals, stroke style, areas of focus, pressure, and intended outcome. Sometimes you just need a soothing touch.
Pregnancy Massage
Special care for a special mama.
Certain considerations are important for an expectant mum. Vicki is our qualified Pregnancy Massage Therapist.
